Does Laylat al-Qadr occur every year or is it only one night throughout a period of time in one specific place? Or in other words, does Laylat al-Qadr come every year, or is it only one night that occurred during, say, 200 years in a specific place?

– This is the speech of the Messenger about the Night of Destiny

{Indeed, We sent it down on the Night of Destiny (1) And how do you know what the Night of Destiny is? (2) The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months (3) The angels and the spirit descend therein by the permission of their Allah for every matter (4) Peace it is until the dawning.}

From this speech, Laylat al-Qadr is the night in which the Qur’an was revealed, and in this night the angels and the spirit descend by permission of Allah’s command, and this night until the beginning of dawn, and this night is better than a thousand months.

As we know that the Qur’an is the reading of the books of Allah, and the Book of Allah is the Torah and the Enjil that the devils concealed, falsified their reading, and made it in a foreign tongue. This means that on this night the Qur’an of the Book of Allah will be revealed, and the angels and the spirit will descend the Qur’an of the Torah and the Arabic Enjil upon The heart of the Messenger.

{And indeed, it is a revelation of Allah to the worlds (192) with which the Faithful Spirit has sent down (193) to your heart that you may be of those who are warned (194) in a clear Arabic tongue (195) and indeed, it is in the mouth of the ancients.}

So it is a special and specific night and not a night every year, but rather it is a related night that only happens once, linked to the Messenger.

Evidence that Allah’s revelation says about it is better than a thousand months. If a month had 30 days, it would have been better for the speech to be (that this night is better than 365 days, or better than 12 months in a year).

{Ham (1) And the Clear Book (2) Indeed, We sent it down in a blessed night. Indeed, We are warners (3) In it every wise command is distinguished (4) A command from Us. Indeed, We are messengers (5) Mercy from Your Allah. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing (6) Allah The heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you are certain. (7) There is no Allah but He. Your Allah gives life and causes death. Allah is your forefathers. (Nay, they are in doubt, playing around. (9) So watch for the Day when the sky brings forth clear smoke. (10))

– Now when the Qur’an is revealed

What does the revelation address the Messenger that night?

{Indeed, your Allah knows that you are standing nearer than two-thirds of the night, half of it, and a third of it, and a group of those with you, and Allah determines the night and the day. He knew that you would not count it, so He turned to you. So recite what is possible of the Qur’an. He knew that

You will be sick

And others roam the earth seeking Allah’s bounty

And others fight for the sake of Allah

So recite what is feasible of it, and establish prayer, and pay zakat, and lend to Allah a goodly loan, and whatever good you put forward for yourselves, you will find with Allah that is better and greater in reward, and seek forgiveness from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.}

The Messenger is with a group with him at night, and orders them to recite what they can of the Qur’an that was revealed that night, and orders them to perform prayer.

But notice in this line, the revelation speaks of previous knowledge that will occur with the group that was with the Messenger, and he classified them into three.

Some of them will be sick

They will hit the ground

They will fight for the sake of Allah

– When the Qur’an is revealed

He addressed the revelation about the place where the Qur’an was revealed that night?

{O you who have believed, fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you that you may become righteous (183) a number of days, and whoever of you is sick or on a journey then a number of other days. And for those who are able to do it, a ransom is required by feeding a poor person. Whoever volunteers good, it is better for him, and that you fast is better for you, if you are. You know (184) the month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance. Forkan: So whoever of you witnesses the month should fast it, and whoever is sick or on a journey – a number of other days. Allah desires ease for you and does not desire hardship for you, and that you may complete the period and glorify Allah for having guided you, and that you may give thanks. (185) And when My servants ask you about Me, I am near. I respond to the call of the supplicant when he calls upon them. So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be guided. (186) Permissible for you on the night of fasting is sexual intercourse with your women. They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them. Allah knows that you used to circumcise yourselves, so He turned to you and pardoned you. So now have intercourse with them and seek what Allah has written. And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread. Then complete the fast until the night, and do not associate with them while you are secluded in the mosques. These are the limits of Allah, so do not approach them. Thus Allah makes clear His signs to the people that they may fear (187) And do not consume your wealth among yourselves unjustly and lead it to the rulers so that you may eat a party. of people’s wealth for sin while you know (188) They ask you about the new moons. Say, “They are appointed times for the people and for the Hajj, and righteousness is not that you approach homes from their backs, but righteousness is he who is pious, and approach homes from their doors, and fear Allah that you may succeed (189) And fight in the name of Allah those who fight you, and do not aggress. Indeed, Allah does not He loves the aggressors (190) And kill them wherever you find them and expel them from wherever they expelled you, and strife is worse than killing, and do not fight them at Al-Masjid Al Haram until they fight you there. If they fight you, then kill them. Such is the reward of the disbelievers (191) But if they desist, then Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (192) And fight them until there is no strife and the religion is Allah’s. If they desist, then there is no aggression except against the wrongdoers (193) Al-Shaher Al-Haram for Al-Shaher Al-Haram, and sacred things are qisas. So whoever assaults you, assault him in the same manner as he assaulted you, and fear Allah, and know that Allah is with the righteous.}

The speech talks about the revelation of the Arabic Qur’an to the Book in the month of Ramadan, the clear word of Allah in which is guidance for people, and when people are guided and know their rituals, including fasting that is written in the Book, and it was performed by Muslims before the devils concealed the Book and the Qur’an the clear Book, and On the night of fasting, which is until dawn at the mosques of Allah.

The Khattab speaks to the group that was with the Messenger, about whom he knew that some of them would be sick, others wandering in the land, and others fighting in the cause of Allah, and the Khattab ordered them to fast as it was written for their first ancestors before.

Then the speech talks about these types:

1- Patients

Whoever is sick will have a few more days

2- Those who will fight for the sake of Allah,

Fight in the name of Allah those who fight you, but do not aggress

Do not fight them at Al-Masjid Al Haram until they fight you

So, the place of revelation of the Qur’an on Laylat al-Qadr in the month of Ramadan will be at the mosques of Allah, or at the houses of Allah, which are times for people and Hajj, or at Al-Masjid Al Haram.

That is, on that night, the rituals of fasting, Hajj, and prayer that are written in the Book after the clear Qur’an is revealed will become clear to people, and which their Muslim forefathers previously performed at the mosques of Allah.

A speech of revelation to the types of sect that was with the Messenger, which he knew would be three types:

– The first and second categories (sick people and others lying on the ground)

{And when you travel in the land, there is no blame on you if you shorten your prayer if you fear that those who disbelieve will tempt you. Indeed, the disbelievers are your clear enemy. (101) And if you are among them and establish prayer for them, let a group of them stand up with you and let them take their weapons. When they prostrate, let them be behind you, and let another group come without And they pray, let them pray with you, and let them take care of themselves and their weapons. Those who disbelieve desire that if you neglect your weapons and your baggage, then they will attack you in one attack, and there is no blame on you. If you are harmed by rain or if you are sick, if you are to lay down your weapons and take care of yourself. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.}

Whoever strikes the ground…there is no blame for falling short in prayer

If someone is sick, there is no harm in them laying down their weapons

The third category (fighting for the sake of Allah)

{Fighting has been decreed for you, but it is hateful to you, and it may be that you hate a thing and it is good for you, and it may be that you love a thing and it is bad for you. Allah knows and you do not know. (216) They ask you about Al-Shaher Al-Haram, fighting in it. Say, fighting in it is great, and turning away from the path of Allah and disbelieving in it, and Al-Masjid Al Haram, and expelling its people from it. It is greater in the sight of Allah, and strife is greater than murder, and they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever among you turns away from his religion and dies while he is an unbeliever – those will have had their deeds in vain in this world and the hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire. They will abide therein forever. (217) Indeed, those who believed and those who emigrated and strove for the sake of Allah – those have hope. Allah is merciful, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (218)}

{Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve months in the Book of Allah on the day He created the heavens and the earth, of which four are sacred. That is the right religion, so do not wrong yourselves therein, and fight the polytheists all together as they fight you all together, and know that Allah is with the righteous.}

{Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their souls and their wealth that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed, a promise that is binding on Him in the Torah, the Enjil , and the Qur’an. And whoever is more faithful to his covenant than Allah, then rejoice in your pledge with which you pledged, and that is the great victory.}

The revelation commands the Messenger to inform the group with him that there will be a great fight, despite their hatred of fighting, because Allah knew that a great fight would occur when the Arabic Qur’an of the Torah and the Enjil was revealed in Al-Shaher Al-Haram, near Al-Masjid Al Haram, and the number of months that are in the Book of Allah will become clear to the people. The four sanctuaries.

—————

So, it is one night, or a global event that occurs once, related to the revelation of the Qur’an, which will be revealed by the angels and the Spirit, and in it will differentiate between truth and falsehood, and the rituals of prayer, fasting, and Hajj will become clear to the people, as was written upon their first ancestors before, and they will be guided. For it, which was lost to them because of a satanic force that rose in the land and occupied their land, and during their occupation they were able to change the people’s rituals and keep the people away from Al-Masjid Al Haram.
